Obviously you weren't working there when my Mom was there. All I can say that in spite of a beautiful facility the place is a DUMP!!!! The kid working at McDonald's is more accountable for not putting pickles on your hamburger than the nurses and aides are at Brownsburg Meadows. Our concerns and pleas for even the most basic standards of care were usually minimized and often ignored. Constant turn over, under staffing and inconsistent care were always an issue. And unfortunately the ones who needed to leave never left. The other poster mentioned that it wasn't even good enough their dog. They're absolutely right. And if a dog was treated the was Mom was the humane society would most certainly shut them down.
