Wesley is only given one star here because negative stars is not an option. I have significant healthcare experience in some of the best systems in the area. I can not praise the nursing staff enough. They are very over worked and underpaid but care SO MUCH for their patients who have become family, they will not leave. Administration cares about numbers, that is it. Lee will carry on and on about how much he cares, but his actions are far from his words. Workers there are warned by co workers into submission not to complain about conditions or they will be fired. The new Respiratory Manager can not write a full sentence in English and changes policies against health codes in her effort to save money. She writes orders, not the physician, to make changes on the ventilators. She is NOT a physician and makes changes that are inappropriate. The administration in this facility is so arrogant, they feel they can do whatever they want and get away with it. I still worry about the patients I used to care for there. Cameras posted all over are used to record and fire employees, not to ensure proper care of residents. When State Board of Health visits the building, which is quite often, special warning codes are sent out overhead and everyone is sent scattering to ensure compliance. The administrators in this facility make me sick.
