I would not put any more family members in here, Had a family member in here that got sent to hospital with a nose bleed and left side of his face swollen up, and no one in this place could tell us what happen. There was no fall reports filled out and the don't know what happen is what we was told, really he was in your care and you don't know what happen. The doctor at the hosiptal said either he was hit by something or with something or he had fell so which was it, no one working here knows. Sounds like abuse to me. Now he resides in death as of December 14, 2015 . Thank you all very much for not doing your job.
