My poor father is being abused by staff at Tower Hill Nursing Home. I called for help two times and both times reached a dead end. You have to catch the person in the act or bring in a Lawyer. Please, please do not put a loved one in this horrid place. It is all about the owner and his tricks to fool the public with his water fountain and dinners. Nothing about the patients. If you complain about anything you are on their list of people to ignore. When the state comes in they put nice pillow cases on the beds and ask you if you need anything. Any other day they ignore you. My father has marks on his arms from staff members fighting with him. If you want this for your parent, go ahead and sign them in.
