Could not get my mother out of there fast enough!
The nurses were terrible, argumentative, gave excuses when they didn't know.
The evening nurse couldn't share info because she doesn't work there very much. When I requested the nursing supervisor another nurse, MT, showed up. She wouldn't give me basic info, couldn't find her physical therapy notes, argued and talked over me when I was questioning that, told me to talk to my sister if I wanted to know anything.
I said I was there, I am one of the POA, offered my ID, and she still wouldn't. She left and never came back.
Then a CNA came in to give my mom a shower, she just had hip surgery days before.
I don't even want to give this place one star.
