Crestwood Care Centre is an understaffed and unprofessional institution. When you first walk inside the facility you will come in contact with the smell of urine. You will find residents in the hallway and in community rooms on their own, without anyone checking on them. On several occasions, me and my family members had to assist some of the residents who were in distress. These incidents usually occurred on the weekends, when it's hard to find staff. If i could, i would give Crestwood Care Centre no stars.
