At first I thought this was a pretty good facility. The aides do what they can, pretty overworked. The nurses, well, most are good, some are not so family friendly. The office personnel, most are good to deal with except the DON & Admin. Not so impressed with them. Anyone who is willing to cover up a medcine mistake by their nursing staff & lie to the family. No trust there!
