My father-in law was a resident here….on several different occasions. The first time he had a heart attack, and came here for rehabilitation. He was able to return home, until he landed in the hospital again. Again, with wonderful therapy, nutritous food, and great care, he was able to return home again. The third time he decided he wanted to stay for the winter and return home in the spring. He had a shelter care room, which he loved, and never went home because the nursing home became his home. Staff were wonderful…we even were able to have family gatherings here!
