The employees at Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care in Flanagan Illinois are so insensitive to their residents that they allowed a deceased person in a body bag to be rolled past the residents and out the front door. This is by far one of the most appalling situations I have ever witnessed.

I agree. The head RN there stole something from my mothers rooms and I was able to retrieve it due to a kind and heads up emplyee. For over 1 year I have not seen a meal served to food service standards-90 degrees is the highest temp-I am there every week and check the temp of my mothers food. When I asked about it-I was told "if they get hungry enough they will eat it" What kind of place is this???? I am a food service manager by trade, I did not elect my mother to be placed here.
