Sorry that Ada Lou Wright had to experience the negligence of this facility…she basically has no one to speak for her…she was only 74 and passed away from neglect at Aspen Ridge NO-Care facility, she was swiftly transferred to DMH were she died on 7-21-2012. The new owners are cutting back on staff, food, care of all residents. Owners are out of Chicago. The food is even worse, smaller portions and food served cold. This is a five story building and only one elevator is in working condition. The other elevator has been out of service for more than six months. This is the worst facility in Decatur, IL., possibly in the state of IL.
