Our experience with ICLC was absolutely wonderful. My Dad received loving, supportive care until the very last breath. The staff, from top to bottom, truly cares for the residents as though they are family. The facility is kept extremely clean and staff is very attentive to resident's quality of life. Sure, small problems creep up once in a while, but a quick mention by me of the problem, and it was addressed and fixed immediately. My Dad was treated like a gentleman until the very end.
