Do NOT let your loved one be sent there. This place needs to have its accreditation revoked. A couple of Unannounced Inspections by the authorities would be enough to close the place. Since the transition to the new owner, it has gotten even worse.
Belongings come up missing, dirty laundry is uncollected, sanitation is questionable. There is not enough CNAs to care for the patients. Rehabilitation is non-existent.
