This facility needs to be shut down. I can not believe this passes any type of inspections. This is less than humane conditions, the facility is not kept up. urine permeates the hallways and elevator. The food served is less than appetizing. While visiting I noticed no attempt to help patients eat their food was given. The only effort I witnessed was a nurse opened four packets of sugar and poured it over the food and walked away. The beds are practically cots. It seems as though dementia patients and among patients with psychotic problems. If I could give less than a one star I would. Whoever reads this review should take the time to visit this facility firsthand, I am sure he or she would not place a relative here.
