Not enough cna's, not enough linen, the food is terrible. Managers are rude and are only worried about making money not at all worried about the welfare of the residents. This nursing home is on special focus by the Illinois Department of Public Health, because the owner does not want to hire more staff even though the residents are suffering. It's time for the family members of the residents to speak out against the managers, the owner, and the Politics behind the Nursing Home Industry in Illinois. Shame on the Governer for not holding these for-profit owners accountalble and letting them rip-off the taxpayers, and take advantage of the sick and the elderly.
