Needs are not being met, bed changes are not done, range of motions not done on residents, Residents complaints are not taken seriously. Called to complain and no one returns the calls. Director of Nursing has yest to call and respond to complaints. Doctors to busy to talk to family about serious medical problems. I need to go further into this matter.
