If I could give this facility less than one star I would. When I first walked in there was a receptionist sitting behind the desk. Her shirt was dirty and rumpled, and she was sitting behind a severely neglected desk that has been in long need of replacement. The walls and floors were scuffed and dirty and the walls were broken in area's. A heat register was against the front of the facility and it's covered was removed and it was again dirty which is the theme of this place. Residents are free to move around the facility unsupervised. It was my first time there and I was able to move around the entire place without a single question as to where I belonged. I spent majority of my time between the first and 4th floors. From the time I walked past the front desk it smelled horrible. I entered the elevator and the doors didn't shut completely and so you could see through the doors as it was moving up the floors. While I thought before it smelled horrible it actually got worse once the doors opened to the 4th floor. Everything was dirty (floors, walls, railings, curtains) Everything! The staff was yelling across the facility at one another and there were several breakfast trays just sitting out uncovered waiting for people to come and eat. This is definitely a LAST RESORT facility and to be honest I'm shocked that they even meet the health and safety standards to remain licensed. The condition here are absolutely deplorable.
