Oh my god, this place is a DUMP! We got there and nobody greeted us or told us anything until we asked. It is dark and dingy and totally depressing. It takes forever to get a meal. When our meal didn't come the nurse actually had to beg the woman in the kitchen to send some broth. This is a terrible, terrible place not fit for a dog. Do not put your loved one here. I could go on and on.
