I will definitely be contacting the state, I will let them know they have a CODE to let all the employees know they are coming. This place is HORRIBLE, why they have not been closed down yet is beyond me. They DO NOT use lifts, they half clean their residents, half feed them, the nurses are very lazy, they dont answer call lights… I will KEEP buggin the state until they do their job and this place either has a total turn over rate or is shut down… the residents have bed sores SO BAD it is heart-breaking and they half cleaning these people up makes it worse smh. When they bring in new people to be orientated, the more seasoned CNAs run, leaving the trainees in the dining area. They don't use isolation precautions, they constantly enter the rooms with no PPE, they hide linen in drawers and use it on the next resident, some residents don't even eat. Please do NOT let the outside of this place fool you, once your loved one crosses those doors, you better pray and continue to do so. They have absolutely no sense of team work, if you need some help, OH WELL, the attitudes of the nurses are very unprofessional. I think the state needs to start sending in undercover CNAs and Nurses just to report back. This way they can see first hand. First day I did orientation, they lost my paperwork and argued with me up and down that I never gave it to them. I went to the office a day later and he pulls it out, talking about "oh here it is, see" WHAT?!?!? Never apologized for basically calling me a lie smh. They walk around talking to one another as if they were out on the street, no professionalism at all.
