I'M SO SAD, I WANT TO CRY:
AS A PROFESSIONAL WHO ENJOYS BEING A PART OF A PROGRESSIVE TEAM WHO WILL WORK DILIGENTLY TOWARD THE GOAL OF QUALITY CARE FOR PATIENTS WAS A DESIRE EXPECTED TO BE LET AT THE CURBSIDE.
FINDINGS: NO ONE REALLY WANTS TO DO A DARN THING EXCEPT FOR TO KEEP UP CONFUSION, BACK BITE, WANT TO BE IN CHARGE AND SHIRK THEIR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON TO SOME OTHER STAFF MEMBER IF THEY CAN.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE IN HEALTHCARE! WELL, NOT UNTIL I CAME TO THIS PLACE TO WORK.
HOWEVER, HOPEFULLY AT SOME TIME IN THIS LIFE TIME ALL WILL COME OUT, AND THE WORD WILL GET OUT IN THE COMMUNITY, THAT IF ONE NEED GOOD SAFE NURSING CARE, DON'T CHOOSE THIS PLACE, AND IF YOU ARE A GOOD CAREGIVER, BY ALL MEANS DON'T APPLY TO WORK PLACE. WHY? IN BOTH CASE SCENARIO'S, ONE WILL BE FULL OF NOTHING BUT REGRET--JUST LIKE ME.

I TOTALLY agree with you!! Staff is lazy and neglectful. Residents are not properly taken care of. I've witnessed MANY horrible things, and when I report it, these girls have no reprimand! Meds aren't ordered or properly given, and some are mistakenly given to others! I mean seriously! Not one single person will take responsibility for anything that happens and they shift blame to someone else! This is a sad, sorry excuse for healthcare. The state needs to shut it down and permanently suspend all nurses and aides from ever renewing their license or certifications! God only knows what Jessica, in the business office, does with insurance info you give her, because she is just to stupid to properly enter it into the system!
