This place is trully a nightmare only to end up losing your LOVED ones. They only do their job when you are on top of them & thats not suppose to be our job, especially when your there worrying about your LOVED one & top of it all also worrying about the staff that they are not doing what there suppose to be trained for. I wouldnt put my worst enemy in this HELL HOLE !!! AND THATS NO JOKE , SINCERELY A PERSON WHO LOST THERE LOVED ONE, DUE TO THE NEGLECT OF BRENTWOOD STAFF. SHAME ON YOU!!
