If I could give this RAT HOLE -10 stars thats what it would get.
The RN staff, incapable of drawing blood will send your loved one to the hospital in the middle of the night to have this done after failing to do it themselves, then spend the rest of the shift being loud and abusive to all concerned.
Management is unresponsive to resident and employee complaints about treatment by the RN staff, lack of proper equipment as basic as rubber gloves and inhumane treatment of residents.
The equipment is either broken or nonexistent as is the need for treating residents and caring hard working employees like HUMAN BEINGS!
If you think ANY of this is made up and are still considering of putting someone you care for here, THINK AGAIN!
I could go on and on but I wont as Im sure this review will be deleted,
I just hope it helps SOMEONE before its too late.
