I think that letting a resident escape and finding him dead n a creek says it all. The residents should b placed somewhere else that strives in resident care and this place should b closed forever. The staff on duty on Saturday January 14 when Mr Giles got away should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. You all should be very ashamed
