My grandmother is cared for in this nursing home. While they are kind to her and she likes them (which is why she is still there), I find their policies, lack of service and information horrible. They NEVER return calls from the business office if I am calling about concerns on the monthly bill. Speaking of which, their billing is a nightmare of confusion. They allowed my grandmother to fall down, she broke her leg and required major surgery, and while she was out at the hospital receiving the surgery they pretty much caused they discharged her completely and put her belongings in storage. When she returned a few days later she had lost the room she had lived in for several years. This is unacceptable. If she didn't like living there (she likes the other residents) I would move her in a heartbeat. This place is awful. Run for the hills and find somewhere else!
