Review of Sunny Ridge

5 Star User Review

Both of my gramma's have spent time at Sunny Ridge. My gramma Dorothy enjoyed her stay in their assisted living unit. It was small and homey and she received good care for the short time she was there.

My gramma Edna stayed in the skilled nursing unit after a fall resulted in a broken hip. My gramma was very angry and frustrated that she had to be in a "nursing home" at all. In general, she is a difficult woman and she was no different during her time there. However, my family saw that she received good care. The therapists were encouraging and the nursing staff was attentive.

One of the best attributes of Sunny Ridge is the fact that my difficult to please gramma could have lots of privacy because of the way the rooms are set up. There was a full wall seperating my gramma from her roommate, not just a curtain.

I think Sunny Ridge did a great job. I would certainly recommend them.
