I do not know how this center can be ranked the best in Idaho. If you have a loved one in the center, you had better keep a close watch. I have a loved one that lives there. The care for the residents has declined in the past year. The center is understaffed and the young CNA's do not know what they are doing. My loved one has been left to sit in a wheel chair for hours, behind a closed door with no call button on her. The Aide forgot about her, and yes the Aide still works there! My loved one has not been bathed, soiled depends left in her room on the floor, food has been dried on the clothes and face. My loved one is afraid to push her call button. The director of nursing will listen to my concerns but, nothing is done. The head of Adminstration has also listened to my concerns, the negelect issues are still going on in their facility. No one can tell me that this is only going on with my loved one. I hate going to bed at night wondering if my loved one is sitting in the dark in a wheel chair with no call button. It's not right!
