Terrible my mother rang the nurses call button about 100 times in an hour to no avail then she screamed help for 2 hours before a nurse came to her room. She then asked to use a phone so she could call me (her daughter) so I could bring her home and was told "If you can get to it you can use it" The phone was located at the other end of a long hall. My mother ws just there to recover from a spinal laminectomy with fusion and could not walk at that time. I took her home the next morning.
