I give Patrick Fellers CEO a 5 star rating. He is a no nonsense person. When my mother checked in December 10, 2011 the first thing I did was rate Signature Healthcare a one star. I wanted her out of there ASAP. However after my daughter had several meetings things made a big turn around and I now have to give them a 5 star rating even though a few mess ups that can be overlooked by a week end shift. My daughter and her husband take turns staying with my mother and I get the updates since I am in another state. They are trying very hard to turn things around and have done so is a short period of time.

That's True - sad part is we can't replace Patrick since he left us. He was truely a leader that feared God and had a vision!!
