Of course no one wants their loved one in a nursing home . That being said, I find the staff very caring and attentive. Are there occasional problems and issues? Sure. But, that is the case with everything- there is always going to be something.
The nurses and staff do the best they can at all times. It's always easy to walk in a place and pick out things but my mother has been a "customer" here for almost 2 years. We visit her on a daily basis rarely missing a day. Only occasionally do we find a problem. Our family takes the time out to get to know the staff . We have a friendly relationship with them and this makes it much easier when we leave.
I am confident I have chosen the right place for my Mom.
