If you need quality care, look elsewhere. The staff has, for the most part, been understaffed and unresponsive to residents. An attitude of "it's not my responsibility" runs rampant through this facility. The administrator says "I'll take care of it," and does nothing. I'm working to get someone out of this awful place.
