Nursing facility residents' money is their "savings account," disappears and no one will give an explanation for it, residents are billed for services not approved by family/guardians, are double-billed for some things, male residents are charged for services rendered by the Womens' Center, nursing facility smells horrible, residents smell unbathed, teeth are not brushed, nails are not clipped or clean and residents' clothes disappear. These are just some of the problems. Administration does not like family/guardians to check on their loved one, they do not like to be questioned about billing and they will ostracize anyone who does these things so no one at the facility will speak to you. DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU LOVE IN THIS FACILITY!!!
