The person below cannot blame their parent's death on a nursing home. So many people leave their family to die in places, and then use them for a lawsuit. Carrollton Manor and Autumn Square provide professional care. The food is excellent… Full Review

The nursing staff was not trained to recognize the symptoms of a UTI. In fact, they told us that she would be fine. My mother died five days later because of complications from this. They don't deserve one star.… Full Review
