The person that was admitted to this facility was an out patient from simple surgery at a reputable hospital .
The person was in worse condition after hospital discharge and under the care at this facility was NOT taken care of. Daily clothing was not changed. The patient was way over medicated and treated for conditions that they didn’t have a history of. I would not recommend this facility for any loved one .

My husband was a patient here from Jan - May 2011. They told us and the hospital that they could care for Bariatriac (heavy) patients. They can not. He had a broken ankle surgically repaired and thy were to teach him bed to chair transfers so he could come home. They made absolutely no effort to do this. They berated him about being heavy. The new admin literally yelled insults at him and at me. When we showed them pitting edema (water retention swelling) they said he was not retaining water and did nothing but yell at him for increased weight while at the same time letting his blood sugar regularly be over 200. Finally did get them to give med for water retention and he lost around 50 lbs in less than a month. Finally we were able to get him transferred to another facility. heritage said he would never stand or walk. He went to new place on a Friday eve. Monday they had him standing and walking.
