I was appalled by my visit. I saw neglect, misconduct, and abuse on my visit. The facility has garbage and trash all around the facility. I saw residents' having to eat with urine soaked clothes, residents' having a tray of food sat in front of them with no means of being able to feed themselves. There is no way I would allow my mother to step foot on the grounds let along being admitted into the facility!
