Briarcliff Haven has an aggressive PT and OT program, but there is a shortage of C&A's. There are approximately 10 patients to 3 C&A's. Many times the PTs and OTs are ready for patients to come in for rehab, but the C&A's have not even gotten them dressed. Many patients are not dressed until around 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
