This place is horrible. If you are there to watch what is going on and how your loved one is being treated, you will be extremely concerned with how they are treated and how the staff behaves. My complaints there went unaddressed...by staff… Full Review

Briarcliff Haven has an aggressive PT and OT program, but there is a shortage of C&A's. There are approximately 10 patients to 3 C&A's. Many times the PTs and OTs are ready for patients to come in for rehab, but the C&A's have not even gotten… Full Review
