My family did not care for the way our family member was treated while at Brookhaven. My Grandmother went there for rehab after she had a fall and she ended up falling several more times while in their care. In addition, they repeatedly ignored our requests for her diet - she did not eat pork but they would feed her pork products (pulled pork BBQ sandwiches, pork sausages with breakfast, etc.).
Calling was the worst part. The phone always rang 20+ times before the staff would answer. They seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed.
