My Grandma was in this facility and it was terrible. You can bearly understand the staff, it can take over an hour sometimes before they answer the call light, and then when they do, they say I will be back or let me check and then never come back. They hand out meds late half the time!! I can remember several instances she did not get her morning meds until lunch time. One huge problem I ALWAYS saw happening is they never wash there hands going from patient to patient and even ro to room. It's terrible. Oh and speaking about terrible… The food is absolutely terrible. My grandma lost so much weight there. You look around in the dining area and everyone leaves about 3/4 of there food on the plate. I guess that's good if you need to loose weight, but my grandma is a tiny lady to begin with. In my heart I feel this place is not a safe place to send your love one, if you want them to get better. Very disappointed with the care. We pulses her out before she was ready, just because we were so worried about the care she was getting!! Be ware!!!!!!
