My grandfather was sent her for rehab after surgery. He was there for 5 days before being sent back to the ER because his catheter was no longer working. He had bloody urine for 2 days and he it wasn't until the doctor saw him, that they sent him back to the ER. The ER found out that he had urine backed up in his bladder because it was not outputing to the catheter. If they had been emptying the catheter, someone would have known that it wasn't filling back up. Overall there was also a lack of communication the 5 days he was there. I would not wish my worse enemy would end up in this facility.

too many to a room, wheelchairs every where. residents staying in them too much. food bad, staff not taking care of residents. staff stating they are there to make money and that is why so many in each room. staff treat residents bad abusive verbally to some. residents are bored. office staff too many of them. Should down size them and put better staff on the floor that want to help residents get rid of the doctor there and get one who cares and talks with the residents doctor who sent them there in the first place. Rehab. dept good they need more room so they can really help resident rehab. My husband was there for 2 weeks it was bad he lost more weight there.rehab was good to him and really helped him. He came home too soon needed more help but I had to get him out of that place. do not send anyone there if you can help it

This Nursing home is extremely overcrowded, 3 people to a room and patients in wheelchairs everywhere. The environment is chaotic ! Patients wandering the hallways and parked in wheelchairs everywhere. The Lunch for patients looked disgusting. One patients family brought the patient tomato's and the staff took them away to cut up - they never returned to the table. This is a place where patients seem to be a bother to the employees and not their main focus. Patients did not have their hair combed, were partially or inappropriately dressed and all had sad expressions. Patients are not valued or respected. Glad I was just visiting and did not have a family member in residence!
