My mother was not cared for appropriately in this facility. She had a stage one bedsore when she arrived and left the facility with a stage 4 bedsore. The nursing care was substandard, especially on the weekends. She was left for days without dressing changes and since I live in another state was unable to check on her daily. The supposed medicaid expert never turned in any paperwork even though she told my sister-in-law repeatedly that she did. When day 20 of medicare arrived, they couldn't wait to push her out the door bedsore or not! This place looks nice, but the care is unacceptable as is the customer service.
