We chose this facility after careful consideration (including reading the reviews here) and was sorely disappointed in my mother's stay. Appearance was the only positive thing we found here. There was no warm fuzzy feeling in this place at all. The staff were not as friendly and personable as one would expect when it comes to patient care. Mother felt like she was dumped there and no one took the time to talk to her about her stay and what to expect as far as the facility (meal times, visitor policy, etc). This was her first time in such a place and she felt lost. There were a few specific issues that were immediately addressed when brought to the attention of Administration and for that I was grateful. But overall the experience was not a pleasant one.
