I went in after surgery for therapy and was put in a long term care wing without an electric bed. Not good for someone that has to move around as much as possible.
I did not receive the therapy that I needed and they did not seem to have a plan for it. This was the second experience I had there within a year and the care was so different that you would've thought it was a completely different place. Did they change management? No consistency in the food. One day it was very good and the next inedible. At three in the morning when I rang for my pain medication and was told they could only give me half the dose because they ran out I went for 12
hours without any. Couldn't wait to go home!
