Week end staff thinks that they are there to socialize with other staff and spend to much time talking about personal issues not patient issues. They like to keep everyone in bed as it is easier than caring for patients that are up. Response to patient alarms is very slow. Some staff during the week was very good with my mother the PT , OT and speech staff where very good but they do not make up for the over all short comings.
