Waited 3 hours before reporting a fall, resulting in a hip fracture, to family. Had to wait for transport from Orlando to be taken to a Polk County hospital. Facility is not locked at night as they report it will be. We have visited several times have 9:00pm and have been able to gain access as late as midnight through an open door, was asked by a staff member where we were going. Loved one covered in dried feces even though staff reported they had checked 30 minutes prior.
While there are several people on staff who have gone out of their way to assist and are very dedicated to their patients. I believe we got the showboat tour. Things are not as they were presented.
