1) You have to go through several nurses to get anything done with a loved one with chronic urinary tract infections.
2) You have to ask month after month to get eye doctor to examined a loved one.
3) Almost always you have to ask to get water for a loved one.
4) Loved one fell and we were never contacted.
5) Nurses button always on the floor, where a loved one that is wheel chair bound, can never reach the button to call a nurse so that she can go to the bathroom, etc.
