My elderly parents live at Willowbrooke Court. The staff is attentive and caring. They schedule quarterly care conferences with me for each parent. At these conferences, they cover health, therapy (if any), diet and activities. They notify me by phone of every fall or other incident, however minor. Their new facility (opened April 2012) is lovely. All rooms are private with two rooms sharing a bath. The common spaces are open and brightly decorated.
