My dad is at this facility and I am experiencing issues with, no wipes in the room.
My Dad also has dietary needs and food allergies; I spoke to the Administrator about this on several occasions also about no wipes in the room, every time I tried speaking to her she cuts me off and starts speaking over me. My Dad is still receiving the incorrect items on his meal tray, and I had to purchase wipes for his room.
The administrator IS too arrogant to listen to a family member and pass the information on to the staff to get my dad the appropriate care he needs,
WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
