Horrible understaffed, there is only ever 1 cna on the hallway at any given time taking care of all the residents, there is never anyone around and my grandfather has gotten sores. His room never has any body soap or any wipes, the kitchen doesn't listen to his food preferences, and the administration flat out just does not care.

My dad is also at this facility and I am experiencing the same issues you mentioned, no wipes in his room, incorrect items on his meal tray .
My Dad has dietary needs and food allergies; I spoke to the Administrator about this on several occasions also about no wipes in the room, every time I tried speaking to her she cuts me off and starts speaking over me. My dad is still receiving the incorrect items on his meal tray, and I had to purchase wipes for his room.
The administrator was too arrogant to listen to a family member and pass the information on to the staff to get my dad the appropriate care he needs.
