STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The nursing staff here that actually did the work and took care of my mother were very nice and good. The head nurses and administrative staff were HORRENDOUS! The only thing that had any resemblance of any organization was their constant push to deceive and do anything else required in order to get more money out of us and keep billing Medicare! Things such as stone-walling, outright lying and ignoring us completely. I could go on and on.
LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE AND SEARCH THE LAW SUITS!!!! I wish I would have. My mother was in there for over a week and a doctor never came to see her the whole time. I had a head nurse hang up on me for trying to get discharge orders done and must have been bothering here. The place smelled terribly.
Again – DO NOT SEND ANY LIVING THING TO THIS PLACE FOR CARE!!!
