Please read. Do not place your loved ones in this facility. Staff here is grossly negligent. Rooms have multiple patients with various infections in the SAME ROOM. There are too few staff that actually care. The rest are horrible. This place is unprofessional, unclean, understaffed, and unacceptable in terms of any care. Look into why this facility's name has been changed multiple times. Find somewhere else, even if it calls for longer distance or travel times for you or loved ones. Trust me. The Insider.
