I was at Centre Point for physical therapy and it was the worst experience I've ever had. They respond to call lights extremely slow like 30 minutes to an hour, leave you lying in a dirty bed, the food is beyond terrible. I never saw the physician, never got a care plan, did not get the services I was promised in order to come to the facility. The worst in the business.
